Return policy 

We accept return requests and purchase receipts within 30 days.

The item should be returned within 5 working days after receiving the prepaid label.

The product must be in perfect condition without wear or damage, must be clean and still bear all labels, and include all original, undamaged packaging and any related accessories accompanying the order, otherwise it may be rejected.

Items with wrapped edges or modified items cannot be returned.

Please note that shipping fees are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refund

Refunds will be issued based on the payment method used at checkout. If there is no available purchase information, we cannot process returns.

After receiving the item you returned, we will issue your refund within 7 to 12 business days. After we process the refund, it may take up to 3 weeks for your bank or credit card institution to confirm the refund.

Communication

We currently do not offer direct exchange. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order online.

Return cost

A return fee of 15 euros/15 pounds/15 dollars will be charged to cover the cost of the return label. If the product has defects, no fees will be charged.

Return goods

Our store is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address, lost or stolen during transportation, or delayed in any other way by third-party shipping companies, postal warehouses, freight forwarders, etc. In addition, our store is not responsible for products with improper packaging.

Return shipment transportation time

Returned items usually arrive at our warehouse within 14-21 working days.

Once received, any returns must undergo quality assurance inspection.

Cancellation of order

After placing an order and making payment on our e-commerce platform, we are unable to cancel or modify it. This is because our warehouse has a fast processing time.
